Due to a city-scheduled, localized water shutoff affecting our Central Elementary Campus, the school will be closed Tuesday, October 22. Other Bixby schools are unaffected by this temporary outage and will remain in session. We apologize for the inconvenience to our CE families.

Col. Chris French was recognized today as Channel 2 News' Excellent Educator of the Month! He was surprised by their visit & spoke of the team mentality at MJROTC! His students shared that he is a daily example of the type of leader they'd like to become! Congrats Col. French!

ICYMI, we had much excitement at the BOE meeting last night! Whitey Ford received a generous donation from Bixby Youth Basketball, Bill Farr from Clear Blue Express was named our Community Partner of the Month, Rick & Camellia Childers received the Spartan Spirit Award for their amazing work on the landscaping at CI and we had some wonderful students from CE here to lead the pledge! All of that plus a quick break to watch the HOCO Parade come by! It's another great day to be a Spartan!
BPS was recognized this morning as the only Great Expectations Model DISTRICT in the state of OK! Today, we celebrate our commitment to character education and all of the hard work put in by our teachers and leaders to make this happen! It's another great day to be a Spartan!
