We have been made aware that a copy of our Return to Learn Guide is being circulated publicly. Although we are always committed to being transparent and communicative, we need everyone to understand this plan is currently a draft to be considered by the Board of Education this evening.
Please plan to tune in with us via live stream (link coming this afternoon) as we discuss this guide in its entirety and prepare to release all of this information to our community following the board meeting.

Spartans, just a quick reminder that our July Board of Education Meeting is scheduled for tomorrow, July 16th at 6 PM. As always, this is an open meeting and anyone is welcome to attend. Those planning to attend in-person will need to wear a mask.
Additionally, we will be live streaming the portion of the meeting pertaining to our Return to Learn Plan. Link/access information will be provided prior to the meeting.

Spartans, the June Primary Election Day is right around the corner, Tuesday, June 30th! Have you made plans to VOTE?
TODAY at 5 PM is the deadline to request an absentee ballot! Visit: https://okvoterportal.okelections.us to submit your request as well as view sample ballots/polling places (many have changed).
Early Voting: June 25th-27th 8 AM- 6 PM at the Tulsa County Election Board at 555 N. Denver.

Spartans, I want to provide a quick update on our planning for the next semester in Bixby Public Schools.

Attention incoming 7th and 8th graders! Due to an unforeseen conflict, we have made a slight change to 8th Grade Cheer tryout dates!
Tryouts will now be June 24 from 9-11 AM & June 25 from 3-5 PM at the Cheer Gym. Please contact Coach Krista Wright for required paperwork and details.
