Congratulations to Coach Reneau and the MS Boys Tennis Team for winning their 4th State Qualifier Tournament at Holland Hall on Wednesday. Brady Grotts placed 1st at 1 Singles. Owen Russell placed 2nd at 2 Singles. The doubles teams of Ty Bevins/Chase Warden and Ethan Richmond/Bo Dunlap both came away with 1st place. Next up, the State Tournament. Go BIX!!

Don’t forget, returning student registration is DUE March 31st. Any student whose registration remains incomplete at this time will be unable to register until May 27th and will have to provide additional documentation including two proofs of residence and parent/guardian identification. It’s imperative that all returning families complete this process by March 31st. Failure to meet this deadline will result in students being dropped from active enrollment for 2021-22 and the planning process.

Mrs. Baker and the BMS choir traveled to Pryor to compete in OSSAA District contest last Friday. Our students brought home Excellent (2) ratings for their onstage performance and a Superior (1) rating in Sight Reading. Our 7th grade combined with 8th grade which required them to compete at a higher level so this is quite an accomplishment for them. Congratulations to our young Spartan Musicians!

BMS families, the end of the 1st 5 weeks of the 2nd semester (formally 6 weeks; changed due to COVID schedule adjustments) is Friday, February 19th. 5 week grades can be accessed by logging into your Canvas parent account.

Great News! Lilly7702, from Bixby Middle School, has been selected as a finalist for this week's "Artist of the Week" award for the 7th-9th age group. The finalist who receives the most online votes between now and Saturday December 19 will be selected as our "Artist of the Week."
