Bixby Public Schools will once again partner with Saint Francis Hospital to host a vaccination clinic for students ages 12 and older and their families free of charge! If your family is interested, please see below!
Details:
St. Francis staff will provide the Pfizer vaccine.
Vaccine clinic will take place at the following dates and times:
August 23rd: 6-7:30 PM at Whitey Ford Gym Lobby
Dose 2 for any students who received Dose 1 at Athletics Physicals Night
Dose 1 for any eligible Bixby student and their family members
If receiving the first dose, St. Francis staff will schedule via their portal for the second dose. They have many locations/times and will help ensure you have convenient access.
If you plan to attend, please RSVP here so that we can have an estimated total. This RSVP form does not collect any information, just a total number in your party.
St. Francis will provide all paperwork on site. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
