Moo-ving on from the weekend and kicking off our last week before Thanksgiving break with a #meetthestaffmonday post! She may be new this year, but you would have thought she has been here forever! Ms. Wilt has been a wonderful addition to our EI family and we are so thankful for her!

What's up at EI? We have amazing students and love the chance to give them a shout out! This week we would like to highlight 3 amazing students that have been a big help have shown Great Expectations! Particularly: "We will help one another whenever possible"!

Call them Batman and Robin, Elsa and Anna, Peter Pan and Tinkerbell- Either way, Mrs. Musser and Mrs. Arellano are a dream team in our eyes!
They are our wonderful EL teachers that have helped so many students learn the English Language and become more proficient in the English Language. They also help students adjust to a new culture that may be so different from their own, while also supporting the student's family and student's teachers alike!
Thank you so much, Mrs. Musser and Mrs. Arellano for all that you do! #thankyouthursday

Let's see if you can guess this one with one hint: The Principals' Sidekick!

And the popular question of the day yesterday was...

Good Morning, EI! Meet 4th grade teacher, Mrs. McDonald!

We are all in our feels after our very first Best Buddies event of the year! Students met in the science lab during flex and decorated pumpkins for our annual pumpkin decorating contest. Some of you may know her and some may not have had a chance too. However, if you have ever been lucky enough to meet Speech Pathologist, Mrs. Roberts, your life is better for it! Her love for her students and the work she puts in to help them succeed is something to be noted. When one of her students graduates out of speech, you can see how bittersweet it is for her. Her joy knowing they have reached their goals and her sadness at not getting to spend more time with them is apparent. We can't thank you enough, Mrs. Roberts for inspiring and teaching each and every student that comes through your door! EI loves you!
