Happy Monday! Last week, Mrs. Foster's 5th Grade class learned that the sun isn't the biggest star in the universe, but it seems so large because it is closest to our planet. Mrs. Foster created a fun photo project to visually show them how small objects look big when they are close. What a fun idea! Thank you for sharing these photos with us, Mrs. Foster!

Homecoming Week was full of fun, laughter, and school spirit! We had the best time dressing up each day, twinning with staff and friends, and showing off our creativity. One of the highlights was celebrating the heart of our school, Mrs. Andria, for Custodian Day — we’re so grateful for all she does! We also loved seeing a student and teacher keep their moo-velous tradition alive by dressing up as a cow together 🐄. What a week to remember! #HomecomingWeek #SpiritSquad #ThankYouMrsAndria #TwinningAndWinning #CowTradition

Homecoming week dress-up days have been hair-larious, especially on hat and crazy hair day! #homecoming2025

Today, Mrs. Brown, our Assistant Principal, visited Mrs. Foster’s 5th grade class to read a special book in memory of 9/11. Her thoughtful reading helped us learn about the courage, kindness, and unity shown on that day. We are so thankful for her visit and the time she took to help us understand the importance of remembering 9/11 and showing compassion to others.

Happy Monday! This past week in Mrs. Spaugh's 4th Grade class students explored the Scientific Method. They were able to practice the steps in 2 experiments: Magic Milk and Drops on a Penny! It was an exciting week of learning, discovery, and hands-on science fun!

Last Friday was our FIRST Friday Wrap-up! We loved sporting our Spartan gear, cheering and celebrating our peers and teachers, and finding out which grade won the most points that week! We are looking forward to many more to come!
Speaking of Fridays....
Here is your friendly reminder that this is our FIRST Early Release Friday of the year! Have a safe and fun weekend!

Today in Flex, Mrs. Rumbaugh and Mrs. Walton's group took learning outside for some fun and active engagement! Students explored Chinese jump rope, learning new patterns while staying active and working together. What a great way to combine movement, culture, and teamwork! 🪢#OutdoorLearning #FlexTimeFun

Mrs. Moore's 5th grade class put their problem-solving skills to the test today! Students were separated into collaborative groups and given a simple challenge: figure out how to fit their heads through a notecard!
With teamwork, creativity, and a little bit of trial and error, these young minds proved that nothing is impossible when you think outside the box (or notecard 😉). Way to go, 5th graders! #CreativeThinkers #TeamworkInAction #MrsMooresClass
