Pre-K & new Kindergarten enrollment OPENS ON JANUARY 20TH .
This process is completed online via the links below. See here for a helpful checklist in order to be prepared with all necessary information and documents.
Details for New Pre-K Students:
Students must be 4 years old by September 1st of the enrolling school year
The district will make every effort to accommodate all students residing in the Bixby School District and wishing to attend Pre-K at BPS.
Pre-K placements will be determined using a lottery system and a waitlist will be established once capacity is met.
Due to site capacity limitations, placement is not always available at the student’s home school. In this case, families may be offered a placement at an alternate school site in the district.
The district will make every effort to place siblings at the same school site.
It is important to keep in mind that Pre-K is a one-year placement and ALL students will attend Kindergarten at their home school site regardless of their Pre-K placement.
Important Dates:
The Enrollment process must be completed by 3/6 in order to be included in the lottery. Any enrollments completed after 3/6 will be placed on the waitlist in order of timestamp.
Pre-K placements and waitlist notifications will be communicated via email no later than 3/27.

Q: Where do I go to complete enrollment online?
A: Access our website here. The 2026-27 links will become accessible on the date(s) listed above.
Q: When and where can I enroll in person?
A: Please arrive by 3:00 pm to have time to complete the enrollment process. We are located at 23 S. Riverview Drive at our Enrollment Center.
ONLY a legal guardian (parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian) may/can enroll a student. Legal guardians must bring in a valid driver's license or a valid state-issued picture ID or passport
Enrollment cannot be accepted until all required enrollment forms are completed and required documents are turned in.
PLEASE NOTE: The enrollment center does not obtain your required documents for you. We only request a student's cumulative file from the previous school to be sent to their new school building after a student is enrolled, therefore you must bring in your student's required documents, such as birth certificate & immunization record, at the time of enrollment.
