It's hard to believe but the start of the 22-23 school year is just about a month away!! It's time to start introducing some of the newest members of the West Elementary family.
Up first: Mrs. Hailee Speir joins the Spartan family! Mrs. Speir will be entering her 3rd year of teaching. She has been lucky enough to spend all three years in 2nd grade. Hailee loves the 2nd grade age group and seeing all the growth that happens throughout the year.
Mrs. Speir grew up in Broken Arrow where she spent her first two years teaching. She is SO excited to become a Spartan! In her free time, Hailee loves reading, traveling, scary movies and hanging out with her husband and their dog, Luna.
Mrs. Speir joins the 2nd Grade team of Mrs. Kinnamon, Mrs. Hamilton, Ms. Cardwell, Ms. Banister, Mrs. Diffee, and Mrs. Fritz!
Hailee, we are SO thrilled you are a member of the West family!!

On behalf of the staff of West Elementary: Thank you for sharing your children with us this year and being a part of the West Family! We have loved each and every moment. Learning goals were smashed, memories were made and friendships bloomed.
We hope you have a safe and fun summer! Stay up late, get the extra scoop of ice cream, read a few books, play a bunch of games as a family, and make those memories. We cannot wait to open our arms and hearts to you in August.

Just a reminder, the cereal drive begins TODAY! We will be collecting boxes of cereal for the BOC. We are competing against North Elementary and Intermediate! On Friday, April 15th we will set the boxes up like dominos for students to celebrate their accomplishment of collecting these items for a good cause! Lets go West!
