Seniors - You must pick up your tickets for graduation on Tuesday, June 9. You will not be able to get tickets on Saturday, the day of Graduation.

This information is used to send your final transcripts to colleges, tech schools, NCAA and other organizations. It also gives us your contact information in case we need to contact you once school is out. Final transcripts will be sent to requested colleges/tech schools beginning June 15. Beginning Mon. June 15th, diploma packet pick-up will be Mon-Thurs 8 am-12 pm and 1 pm-4 pm at the HS, as long as COVID 19 restrictions have been lifted by that time. Your diploma packet includes your diploma and hard copies of your final transcript. BHS Seniors and Juniors. Due to numerous circumstances, there will not be a prom for the 2020 school year. BHS regrets any inconveniences this may cause.

Attention Seniors! If you have not returned your Chromebook yet, you have 2 more chances this week. Bring your Chromebook and charger to the HS Commons Tuesday (today) or Thursday from 12-3. If your Chromebook is not received by 3:00 on Thursday, a $300 fine will be added to your account and a hold placed on your diploma until the device is returned or the fine is paid. Please bring them in ASAP! Thank you!

Please disregard auto email from Destiny asking for ALL Chromebooks to be returned. That was sent in error. However, the following groups do need to return devices this week from 8-4 in the HS commons: ALL SENIORS, any student with a damaged device, outgoing SOPHOMORES with a Lenovo e100 who rec'd a direct email asking for it to be returned. BHS has three seniors who were selected to the Oklahoma Academic All-State: Tara Eldridge, Aidan Sudler, and Jonah Wagner. Blake Mumma has been chosen as Bixby High School’s 2020 recipient of the prestigious Mervin Bovaird Scholarship at TU. Blake plans to study computer engineering at TU, with a future goal of developing more affordable and faster computer processors. He is looking forward to attending a smaller university so he can establish close working relationships with faculty and peers in his field. Blake also plans to continue following his passion in Robotics by participating in TU’s advanced Robotics club. We wish to congratulate Blake and are proud to have him represent Bixby High School.

Don't forget, Grab & Go Meals are still available through Friday, May 15th! Families can pick up meals daily at the 9th Grade Center or the YMCA from 8 AM - 11 AM.

Spartan families, In order to ascertain the level of need in our community, we ask that you fill out this survey if your Bixby student does NOT have access to the internet and/or a device to complete schoolwork at home. Bring any Chromebooks that need repair to the HS Commons this week from 10-1 or next week from 8-4. Devices will be repaired in June and redistributed in August. If you need access to a device for summer school, schedule an appt to get a loaner by emailing cwilkinson@bixbyps.org.

BHS Online Trivia Night will be Tuesday, May 12 at 7 p.m. The login has been emailed out to all students and staff. Topics include Disney Villains, a abbreviations, and pop culture. Good luck! Please log in a few minutes early.

Peach Jar Pro Tip! Parents, BPS "muted" Peach Jar, so to speak, during distance learning with the exception of internal flyers, as to not overwhelm families with more information coming electronically. We will be "unmuting" as of today. Remember, you can control how often you receive Peach Jar emails! See pics for details!
