Central Intermediate family, what a year it's been! With all of the new "normal," it's hard to imagine that we're just a few "school weeks" away from Winter Break. I know many families have been hit hard by the far-reaching impact of the ongoing Covid crisis. In the spirit of the holidays, our counselor, Mrs. Etheredge, has organized our Spartans Serving Spartans program. This wonderful program provides gifts for students right here at Central Intermediate, just in time for the holidays. Be on the lookout for more information from your student's teachers! Just a quick note to let you know that our BPS website will be down for just a bit tomorrow, beginning around 9 AM, as we transition to an upgraded version! It should be back up by the end of the day. This will not affect our communication tools at all. Please contact your school office should you need something while the site is down.

CI families! We miss all of our kids, but it's been wonderful to see our Cohort A kiddos this week! REMINDER: Fri, 8/21 is a Distance Learning day (learning from home) for Cohort A students. The week of 8/24, we'll welcome Cohort B back to in-person instruction. During that week (8/24), Cohort A is off - no responsibilities for school. Have a great evening!
CI Families, school supply drop off & packet pickup is Thurs from 8-10, 1-3, & 5-6 and Fri from 8-10 & 1-3. It's optional to drop off supplies, but we'd like everyone to get their information packet. It will have info on transportation, PowerSchool, child nutrition, and others. Please use the bus loop on the SW corner of the building. Enter from the east side of the loop & exit the west side. CI Families, there was a health form included in the Meet the Teacher Slideshow on 8/10. This form is completed during enrollment. You only need to fill out a new one if something has changed with your child's health history or medication. Thanks!
