New Students:
23-24 New Student Enrollment:
Pre-K & New K: Opens 1/23 @ midnight
Grades 1-12: Opens 5/1
Details for New Pre-K Students:
The district will make every effort to accommodate all students wishing to attend Pre-K at BPS. Pre-K placements will be determined using a lottery system with a waitlist being established once capacity is met.
Due to capacity limitations, placement is not always available at the student’s home school site. In this case, families may be offered a placement at an alternate school site in the district. It is important to keep in mind that Pre-K is a one year placement and ALL students will attend Kindergarten at their home school site regardless of their Pre-K placement.
Enrollment process must be completed by 3/3 in order to be included in the lottery. Any enrollments completed after 3/3 will be placed on the waitlist in order of timestamp.
Pre-K placements and waitlist notifications will be communicated via email no later than 3/24.
Returning Students:
23-24 Returning Student Registration:
Incoming Grades 7-12: Opens 2/1 @ midnight
Incoming Grades K-6: Opens 3/27
RETURNING STUDENT REGISTRATION MUST BE COMPLETE BY 4/28.
Details for Returning Students:
All current BPS families will receive an email from “enrollment@bixbyps.org” to complete this paperless process. The email will contain your student’s “snap code” as well as detailed instructions. Current grades 6-11 should expect this email on 2/1. Current Grades PK-5 should expect this email on 3/27. If you do not receive this email, please check your spam/junk folder.
ALL Families of current Bixby Public Schools student(s) who will be returning to us in the fall will need to complete this required process by 4/28.

Q: Where do I go to complete enrollment online?

Q: I would like to enroll in person, when and where can I do so?
A: Please arrive by 3:00 pm to have time to complete the enrollment process. We are located at 7 E. Dawes in downtown Bixby.
ONLY a legal guardian (parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian) may/can enroll a student. Legal guardians must bring in a valid driver's license or a valid state-issued picture ID or passport
Enrollment cannot be accepted until all required enrollment forms are completed and required documents are turned in.
PLEASE NOTE: The enrollment center does not obtain your required documents for you. We only request a student's cumulative file from the previous school to be sent to their new school building after a student is enrolled, therefore you must bring in your student's required documents, such as birth certificate & immunization record, at the time of enrollment.
