You will receive an email with your child's link "SnapLink" to the registration. If you are registering more than one child, you will be required to complete online registration for each student. *If you did not receive the registration "SnapLink", please contact our enrollment center at 918.366.2340 or 918.366.1706. Following are the links to the Registration Portal. You will need your child's "SnapCode". This can be obtained from the Enrollment Center.

Registration Instructions:

  1. Click the link you receive in your email.

  2. Create an Account or Sign in: If you enrolled a student during the school years 2016-2020 or completed the online Returning Student Registration for the 2020-2021 school year, you will already have an account.

    1. If you are new to PowerSchool Registration, select “Create a PowerSchool Registration Account”, and answer all required fields. Click “Create Account” to continue.

    2. If you already have a PowerSchool Registration account, you may use your Email Address and Password to sign in. To recover your password you may use the “Forgot Password” feature.

  3. Review the “Introduction” page and click “Next>” to enter the forms. The forms will be pre-populated with information on file at Bixby Public Schools. All fields with a red asterisk are required fields. Add additional information or change anything that is incorrect, and click “Next>” to move from page to page.

  4. Clicking “Next>” on the final form page will take you to the “Review & Submit” page. Review the information entered very carefully, as this information will be downloaded into the school’s student information (PowerSchool) database. If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “<Prev” to return to the forms. If applicable, additional online forms may be required. You will be given the option to download these documents in the “Upload Documents” section.

  5. When you are satisfied with the information entered, click “Submit” in the navigation bar at the top right of the screen. Note: on the “Review & Submit” page, you will be alerted of any required field which has not been answered. To continue, all required fields must be satisfied.

  6. On the “Submission Confirmation” page, you may choose to print a copy of your submitted information.

  7. If you have additional students in Bixby Schools, you will be given the opportunity to begin their Registration forms from the Submission Confirmation page.
