Red Ribbon Week starts tomorrow! To help promote healthy living and kindness, here's the line-up of dress-up days:
Tuesday: Be kind to your mind! Wear a hat!
Wednesday: Be kind to your body! Wear exercise/athletic wear!
Thursday: Show love to yourself and others! Wear red!
Friday: Show love to your school! Wear Bixby colors!

Veteran's Day Parade is coming up soon!
It is that time of year again to prepare for our annual Veteran’s Day Parade. This is one of our school communities’ favorite events and we look forward to another year celebrating all those who have served. Veterans Day is November 10th, 2023.
The staff at West Elementary and West Intermediate feel it is important to teach our students about the important role veterans have played in securing our freedom and ensuring our safety.
We will be holding our annual Veterans Day Parade on Friday, November 10th, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. We invite veterans to parade through our parking lot in their vehicles (decorations optional) so that our students may honor our country’s brave men and women.
If your family has a veteran who would like to attend, please complete this FORM by Wednesday, November 1st, 2023.
You may also email a picture of your veteran(s) to your child’s teacher so that it can be displayed inside our school in our monthly slide show. Please include your Veteran’s name, Branch of Service and the child and/or children they represent.
