This coming week is full of fun! Here's the low down on what to expect!
- Fifth Grade field trip to the Tulsa Zoo is Tuesday!. Please check your email for information!
- Field Day/Color Run is Wednesday!! The morning will be field day activities and all students begin at 9:00 am. Lunch for everyone is 11:15 to 11:45 and it's picnic style! If your child needs a school sack lunch, please complete the form HERE.
- Students will have a break from 12:00 to the time they begin the Color Run.
- The Color Run will begin at 1:00 for 6th grade; 1:20 for 5th grade; and 1:40 for 4th grade.
- The Bixby Fire Department will be on site for the Color Run and students can play in the water. Please make sure they bring a towel and a change of clothes if needed.
- The PTO will have two ice cream trucks and a popcorn truck and students can purchase items from those if they'd like. We will have water stations, but they can bring additional water if they'd like as well.
- Sunscreen is definitely going to be necessary!
- If you would like to volunteer to help with field day and/or the color run, you can sign up HERE.
- If you are unable to volunteer but would like to come for some or all of the activities, parents are welcome to join in all the activity, including lunch! Just be sure to leave siblings and fur babies at home.
- Parking will be available in the Intermediate and Elementary lots, but there is no parking in the back because of construction, or on the road to the west side of the building because that is where the fire truck will park. There is also no parking in the grass.
