Sixth Grade Parents:
All students entering 7th Grade are required to have had a Tdap booster vaccine. Sports Physicals night is on May 4th from 530-7pm, and this is a great opportunity to get the TDAP shot as required for entrance into the 7th grade.
Middle School schedules for the 2023-24 school year will not be issued to students without an up-to-date Tdap immunization record.
All student’s Certificate of Exemption submitted must be updated for the school year 2023/24.
Please email or fax a copy of the immunization record to the nurse’s office as soon as possible.
