Important End of School Information & Dates

As we wrap up another great school year at Bixby Middle School, please review the important dates and reminders below to help finish the year strong!

Finals Schedule

• Wednesday, May 20 – Odd Hour Finals (1st, 3rd, and 5th hours)

• Thursday, May 21 – Even Hour Finals (2nd, 4th, and 6th hours)

If a student needs to make up a final, please contact the teacher or counselor as soon as possible.
The last day for make-up finals is May 29.

Lost & Found

Please check the Lost & Found before the end of the school year! All unclaimed items will be donated on May 29.

Locker Clean Out

Students should make sure lockers are cleaned out and all personal items are removed by the end of the day on Wednesday, May 20. Any items left behind after the last day of school may be discarded.

Chromebook Reminders

Students should continue bringing their Chromebooks fully charged through the last day of school and follow all checkout procedures provided by teachers and staff.

8th grade students should turn in their Chromebook, charger, and case after their last final.
