Bixby High School will be having Parent/Teacher conferences Thursday, October 3rd, 2019, and the following Tuesday, October 8th, 2019. The conferences will be held on both evenings from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Conferences will be held in the classrooms of Bixby High School. We are using an online signup system. You may contact Mr. Adams, the Principal, at tadams@bixbyps.org or Mrs. Webb in the counseling office, at jwebb@bixbyps.org with questions. Bixby High School Leadership students taught lessons on kindness to all students at Bixby Middle School. They encouraged students to "Stand for Kindness ".

The Pride of Bixby Marching Band has their first contest this Saturday at the Owasso Invitational. Last year, the Pride won first place overall in this contest. Their performance will take place at 4:30 at Owasso High School. Go Pride! #bhsbecomingalegacy

Bixby AP Students and Families, It is time to begin registering and paying for all AP exams that will be administered this year at Bixby High School. The College Board registration process requests that all students register and pay for their exams before Friday, November 15th at 10:00 am. If the registration is not paid and completed by 10:00 am on November 15th, the College Board will charge a $40.00 late fee payment for each exam. Please use the link below to sign up for all exams. https://user.totalregistration.net/AP/370330 Payment must be made through the Total Registration website, and students will need their course join code(s), provided by their teachers, to begin the registration process. Please note that any late registrations that are not paid by 9:55 AM, Monday, March 16, 2020 will be canceled and exams will not be ordered. On September 10th, 2019 Bixby High School Senior Aidan Sudler presented the paper, "Why Do Galaxies Begin as Cosmic Pickles?" for the University of Tulsa Physics Department's Journal Club, a club that meets every month to discuss recent scientific papers. Aidan did a great job! Despite the whimsical title, this was a serious paper about the early development of galaxies at the beginning of the universe. Please join me in congratulating Aidan on a job well done!
