Great things are brewing at the 9GC!!
Tomorrow, Tuesday, April 30th, a portion of Mr. VanDolah's Music as Literature students will have the unique opportunity to participate in an exciting virtual event with acclaimed author, music critic and podcast host Steven Hyden. Hyden currently writes for Uproxx.com as their Cultural Critic and serves as the co-host for their weekly indie rock podcast, Indiecast. He has written several books about music, including Long Road, This Isn't Happening, Hard to Handle, Twilight of the Gods and Your Favorite Band Is Killing Me. On May 28th, he will release his new book There Was Nothing You Could Do: Bruce Springsteen’s “Born In The U.S.A.” and the End of the Heartland. You may pre-order a copy at the link below.

9GC Families. Just a reminder that this Thursday (April 11) will be a virtual day for 9th, 10th, and 12th grade students. This will be the day that 11th grade students will take the ACT (on campus). Our 9th grade students will follow their regular bell schedule and will access their assignment from home through Canvas and will utilize Google Meets for instruction from their teacher.
