2022-2023: Enrollment & Registration

Spartans, we are thrilled to begin planning for the 2022-23 school year! Please see below for important information for both current/returning students as well as new students we will be welcoming into our school family in August!

Returning Student Registration Information for Currently Enrolled Students:

  • Returning student registration will be open from March 7th-March 25th

  • Enrollment can be completed on any electronic device, including a cell phone.

  • If this process is not completed during this window, students will be dropped from enrollment at BPS requiring families to enroll as a new student beginning May 20th.

  • Starting March 7th, families should look for an email from “enrollment@bixbyps.org” to complete this paperless process online via PowerSchool.

  • Be sure to have your current gas, water, or electric bill handy to upload as proof of residency.

  • BPS will notify families via text when this email has been sent. Please check your spam folder if needed.

  • Please arrive by 3:00 PM to allow time to complete the enrollment process.

  • Address: 7 E. Dawes in downtown Bixby.

  • ONLY a legal guardian (parent(s) or court-appointed legal guardian) may/can enroll a student. Legal guardians must bring in a valid driver's license or a valid state-issued picture ID or passport

  • Enrollment cannot be accepted until all required enrollment forms are completed and required documents are turned in.

  • PLEASE NOTE: The enrollment center does not obtain your required documents for you. We only request a student's cumulative file from the previous school to be sent to their new school building after a student is enrolled, therefore you must bring in your student's required documents, such as birth certificate & immunization record, at the time of enrollment.
