Bixby Public Schools

Congratulations to Ruth Howard, Bixby’s October Support Employee of the Month from Central Elementary. Her nomination reads that she is always hard at work in the background of every part of our day. I’m walking down one hallway and she’s quietly chalking the baseboards with a smile and a cheery hello. Then I see her smiling and working away with a mop and bucket. Two hours later I’ve clocked out and walked out the back door, and there she is up on a ladder quietly working away with a scraper in her hand. The building looks fabulous and it’s because of this Wonder Woman who always has a great disposition no matter what it is she is doing. She brightens our day and our building. Ruth Howard deserves this recognition.
