Grab & Go Meal Procedures

9/4/20 Update:

Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, ALL BPS students will be able to receive free breakfast and lunch at all school sites. This was made possible by an extension granted by the USDA earlier this week. Not only does this provide relief for families, it also reduces the need to exchange money for safety reasons. These provisions do not include items purchased a la carte or bottled beverages.

This includes students enrolled in full-time virtual classes at Spartan Connection Academy. However, we still need SCA families to submit the form below on Tuesdays and choose a pick up location. The only change is that students will no longer be charged for meals.

BPS is committed to providing healthy meals for all students whether your child is here at school, at home during distance learning, or enrolled in full-time virtual school via Spartan Connection Academy.  Please refer to the instructions below for details. This form will need to be filled out weekly on Tuesdays for the following full week.

Instructions for Distance Learning Grab & Go Meals (Traditionally Enrolled Students)

1. Submit the form weekly on Tuesdays. The form will be open starting at 7AM. This means you will submit this form on August 25th for the following week's meals (8/31-9/3, there will be no school or meal service on 9/4 as it is a non-school day).

2. You will need to enter your child's student number which is listed on their Student Technology Form sent home during their cohort week. If you do not have this number and need it to submit the form, please call 918-366-2391.

3. Be sure to note your pick up location on the form! Students will need to indicate home school site ONLY for lunch preparation reasons. You will pick up your meals at the pick up location you choose on the form.

4. This form will need to be submitted individually for each student, once per week on Tuesdays during Distance Learning weeks.

5. Print the flyer for Distance Learning Grab & Go Meals

- 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

You will choose a pick-up location when you fill out the form each week.
