Bixby High School

Mrs. Fletcher's Food Prep II students participated in a salsa competition last Friday. Students learned knife cutting techniques and prepared recipes on Thursday. Friday was spent making the salsa and letting Mrs. Stuff's students be the judge of the best salsa for each hour. Students were able to taste their creations as they prepared them and had to improvise on the fly by adding necessary ingredients to make them just right. A few lucky administrators at BHS were lucky enough to be judges for a few hours and got to taste some wonderful recipes! Great job students!
