Change of Address Requirements

  1. The parent must contact the enrollment center via email at, or upload new docs on the returning registration

  2. The parent must provide 2 different proofs of residence from the electric, gas, or water company that shows the parent’s name and service address. Along with a screenshot of their ID. (We will also accept a lease agreement if the monthly rent includes 1 or all of the utilities)

  3. The Enrollment Center will update the address in PS on the Demographics page.

  4. In PowerSchool under Information, Addresses, the Enrollment Center will add the previous address.

  5. The family will receive the link to the Transportation webpage to update their address in that system and fill out the Support Form.

  6. The enrollment center will email the transportation department informing them that the address has been changed in PS.
