UPDATED PROCEDURES DUe to COVID19
Due to the unprecedented situation with COVID19, the Oklahoma State Regents for Higher Education have released special enrollment guidelines.
Your first step is always to apply for admission to Tulsa Community College by completing the TCC online admission form at https://www.tulsacc.edu/admissions-aid/admissions/apply-admission. After you have completed the online admission form and have received your student ID number (T#), please follow the steps below.
Students should complete the top three sections ( 1a, 1b, and 1c) of the concurrent enrollment form. Please use blue or black ink and make sure it is legible. Students will then scan and email the form along with the Bixby and TCC student contracts to their individual counselors. However, ALL Glenpool and Jenks/Aviation campus forms should be emailed to Mrs. Schottel at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then submit the forms, a transcript with test scores and the student's course requests to TCC in the order in which they are received.
In the email to your counselor, please list the courses you are planning to take at BHS. We must provide that information in our submission email.
Students who were planning to take the state or national ACT in April and those who were planning to take the ACCUPLACER to qualify for a specific course should make note of the State Regents new policy regarding needed test scores, which is also in the attached document.
If you have already submitted forms, you do not need to do anything further unless you hear from me or your counselor.
If you are unable to scan documents, please contact your counselor.
Your counselor’s emailed enrollment form will be accepted in lieu of your signature IF you cannot scan or sign.
Per the State Regents: “For Summer 2020 and Fall 2020 enrollments if academic records and/or test scores are unavailable you may enroll in up to nine (9) credit hours without additional tests or academic records”. Students will “complete assessment no later than the end of your first semester of enrollment to determine subsequent enrollment option.” If you desire to enroll in more than nine (9) credit hours contact us at email@example.com.
