Parents:
Tomorrow is the final day for student item pick up. Because of the potential for rain and storms, we are changing the times for tomorrow as well. Pickup will be from 9 am to 1 pm. We have more than 150 bags remaining in the gym. If they aren't picked up by 1:00 tomorrow, we will have no choice but to discard the items. Due to construction, items WILL NOT be kept until the fall.
Also due to construction, items cannot be picked up after tomorrow as only construction crews will be allowed in the building. If for some reason you will not be able to be here by 1 pm, please email Mrs. Shaw at bshaw@bixbyps.org to see if possible arrangements can be made. This will, however, only be available for extraordinary cases.
Again, all items will be discarded after 1:00 pm tomorrow. We hope you are able to stop by to pick up your child's belongings. Thank you!
