Good afternoon. Here is some clarifying information on next week's locker clean-out for BMS students.
Next week, Monday 5/18 thru Friday 5/22 from 9am-2pm & 4pm- 6pm, students can enter the building to clean out their locker and retrieve any personal items currently in the BMS building. This system will work similar to our car-rider drop-off system we used during the school year but with building access limitations. Here are some things to things to think about during this process:
1) Students who have not yet picked up their medication need to do so during this process.
2) If students have ordered a BMS yearbook, they can, and are encouraged to, pick it up while on campus.
3) Students need to completely empty the contents out of their lockers. There will be designated areas for library books, textbooks, trash, and recycle.
4) Students need to remember to pick up any band instruments and athletic equipment while on campus as well.
5) All student items remaining in the building after Friday, 5/22 will be donated, recycled, or throw away.
