Hello CI Parents! We have a few upcoming events we'd like for you to know.
- In honor of Read Across America week, we will have Favorite Book Character Dress Up Day on Thursday, March 5th. Students may dress up as their favorite book character for school. Costumes must be school appropriate and they must tie to a book. It is a fun way to honor Dr. Seuss!!
- Next Friday, March 6th is our Super Spartan Party for those who had the highest level of sponsors at our Monster Mash fundraiser. Go Ballistic is graciously providing inflatables for the party, and our PTO has some great treats coming as well. Permission forms for the students involved will be sent home Monday.
- Monday, March 9th is our 5th Grade Track & Field Day and Friday, March 13th is our 6th Grade Track & Field Day. Both events will be held at the BHS soccer field. Students will walk over to participate in several events with the other intermediate students in our district. Concessions will be available and water will be free. Parents are welcomed to stop and cheer on our CI kiddos!
- Please don't forget to complete the online re-enrollment for your child. It is due by March 6th. This is very important as your child cannot get their schedule for next school year if they are not re-enrolled. These numbers also help us determine staffing needs, so please complete this as soon as possible. Information for re-enrollment has been emailed to you. If you do not have it or need help, feel free to call our office.
- We are in need of testing monitors! State testing begins April 20th and goes through May 14th. If you are available at anytime during those dates please call our office and speak to Michelle for scheduling.
