As we move through the month of November, it's just a good time to remind us of some procedures we have in place for safety. Mr. Orrison, our wonderful Crossing Guard, sees first hand every morning the dangers of crossing Riverview. Our top priority is keeping our kids safe, so these are just a few reminders to help us with that. We appreciate your help and your support!!
1) The normal speed limit for that whole mile of Riverview, from 161st to 151st is only 30 mph. At all times. That's slow.
2) The speed limit for that same stretch during school hours is only 25 mph. Super slow.
3) The golf entrance is not for dropping off or picking up kids.
4) Never stop on Riverview to drop off or pick up kids. Super dangerous.
