Homecoming Week October 7-11, 2019
The Homecoming theme is Lights, Camera, Action - Bixby Homecoming 2019
Here are the dress-up days for Homecoming Week, October 7 thru 11:

Orange'Cha Day
We will be celebrating Orange'Cha Glad day on Monday, October 14. You are invited to wear orange that day!

1st Annual Baseball/Softball Halloween Game
When: October 24, 2019 6:30pm
Where: Bixby Softball Complex
Join us for the first annual Bixby Baseball and Softball Halloween game! All proceeds for the event will benefit Make-A-Wish. Members of the baseball and softball teams will play 7 innings of slow pitch softball in a costume of their choice. In addition to the game, there will be a costume competition, hula hoop contest, bat spin relay, dance-off, and more! You won't want to miss this fun event. Admission is free but donations are welcomed. We are also asking for people to sponsor the event by pledging an amount per run scored. Any amount small or large is greatly appreciated! You can print the attached pledge form and return to Coach Delay or Coach Galliart by Wednesday, October 23rd. We hope everyone can make it out to this fun community event to serve an outstanding organization!

PreMed Meeting
There will be a PreMed Club meeting on Wednesday, November the 6th in room SA 107 at 3:50pm

There will be a few minor price adjustments on A la Carte items: Chips will now be $1.00 per bag, Sparkling Ice will be $2.00 per bottle
In an effort to reduce the flu and other various illnesses, we have place Clorox wipes on the tables. Please wipe down your table before you depart and help us to maintain a healthy school!
Keep your eye out for the new "sharing table". It is a table where students may place any unwanted, unopened packaged food or drink. Any other student may take a helping of food or drink at no charge.

Tulsa Technology Center
Tulsa Tech applications for next year will open October 1st. Apply online or sign up to see Mandy Flanary, the tech advisor, in the counselor’s office. She is on campus every Wednesday and would love to help you.

Senior Class Co-Ed t-shirts (Round 1)
The first round of co-ed shirts are in (if you ordered before 8-28). You can pick them up in Mrs. Rodgers room, S-105.

After 6th hour
Between classes
DO NOT come by to pick up your shirt during class.

There is no student parking in HOTS parking lot from 7:30am-4:30pm. Thank you!

School Pictures
CHANGE OF DATE: 9th - 11th grade - makeup picture day is Monday, November 4th. Students/Staff are instructed to not wear green because of green screen technology.

Josten's Sophomore Ring Presentation
Tuesday, October 8 from 9:00-10:30am in the Auditorium. Please bring a writing utensil. See Tama Davis in the Principal's office with any questions.

Josten's Senior Graduation Presentation
Tuesday, October 8 from 10:30-11:30am and 12:30-1:30pm in the Auditorium. See Tama Davis in the Principal's office with any questions.

Josten's Sophomore Ring & Senior Product Ordering
Tuesday, October 15 from 10:00am-12:30pm in the lunchroom, 4:30-7:30pm in the Commons

Premed Club meeting on Wednesday, October the 2nd at 3:50 in room SA 107

Senior Packet Information
Senior Packet: The senior packet includes a co-ed senior class t-shirt, a senior breakfast ticket, and a GradFest ticket. Cost is $90, which is a savings of $10 compared to purchasing these items individually. The deadline to order a senior packet is October 2nd. Orders and payment should be turned in to Mrs. Ayres-Rodgers in room S-105.

The co-ed senior class t-shirt can be purchased separately for $15 if you choose not to buy a senior packet.

Senior Girls T-Shirt: This shirt is sold separately from the senior packet. Cost is $15. The deadline to order a senior girls t-shirt is October 2nd. Orders and payment should be turned in to Mrs. Ayres-Rodgers in room S-105.

From the Assistant Principal's Office
Parking permits can be purchased for $20 in the Assistant Principal's Office. You must pay for your drug test online ($15) before you can purchase a permit. See Mrs. Dees with any questions.
