Bixby North Intermediate

The 5th grade classes at Bixby North Intermediate were treated to a special videotaped presentation shared by the local chapter of the Daughters of American Revolution.  The chapter holds their annual Patriot Day ceremony at Washington Irving Park´s World Trade Center memorial on the morning of September 11.  The ceremony takes place at the site where a steel beam from the World Trace Center rests.  Students were provided the opportunity to watch and listen to the ceremony and were provided bookmarks of The Americanś creed as well as small American flags.
