REQUIRED FORMS- PDF COPIES
Initial Chromebook checkout forms (Grade 9) and renewal forms(Grades 10-12) may be turned into the 9GC office beginning May 14, 2019, until May 31, 2019, between the hours of 8-11am and 1-3pm. Paper copies will be accepted again beginning August 1, 2019.
