  Technology Support Services


If you are experiencing problems with technology (computer, LCD projector, software, web sites, PowerSchool, printers, SmartBoards, Elmo's, or any other peripheral devices), you need to submit a ticket to Technology Services through the Technology Support Portal.  It is important that we track work orders, so please do not call or email with technolgy requests.

The Support Portal has changed as of April 24, 2008.  Your user name & password will have changed.  For complete details,  please click the Supportal Portal link at the left.   You may access the portal from any computer with internet access.

You will be notified via e-mail during each stage of your work order, from receipt to completion. Status of any work order you have submitted is also available by simply logging into your account.

The support site also gives you access to research your issue in the Knowledge Base, download documents/files and submit a work order to Technology Services. 

Each building has Technology Cadré members who teach technology classes, answer questions, and do some troubleshooting.  Because their primary job is teaching their own classes, please do not interrupt their classes or expect them to give up planning or lunch time to assist you.  Plan ahead to give them ample time to visit with your or to come to your classroom.  Click on the link to view the members of your building's Technology Cadré.
