Bixby Public Schools offers the following enrollment information for students PK - 12 that are new to the district. By downloading and completing the necessary forms and bringing them with you to the enrollment office along with the items listed below, the enrollment process can be made smoother.
The Enrollment Center is located at 7 E. Dawes in downtown Bixby and is open from 8:00 - 4:30. The enrollment office will be closed on Fridays during the summer and July 2 - 11. Please download the enrollment forms and bring them to the enrollment center with all other paperwork after July 13.
Parent or Legal Guardians-- What you will need to bring:

Original birth certificate(s) for all students.

2 current (within the last 30 - 45 days) proofs of residency which include gas, water, or electric. A valid lease agreement will be accepted only if all bills are paid. These documents must be the originals, not photocopies. Driver's license, checks, cable TV, phone, trash or other pieces of mail WILL NOT be accepted.

Students, grades 9 - 12, must bring a copy of their transcript.
