Proficiency Based Promotions--please read the Bixby Board of Education Policy regarding proficiency based promotion.
End of Instruction (EOI) exams are given per Oklahoma State Department of Education guidelines for the following subjects: Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, English II, English III, Biology, and US History. Per ACE legislation, beginning with students entering the 9th grade in the 2008-2009 school year, students shall demonstrate proficiency in Algebra I and English II and 2 of the following in order to graduate from high school with a standard diploma: Geometry, English III, Biology, US History.
Oklahoma Core Curriculum Tests (OCCT) are given for the following subjects: 3rd-8th grade Reading, 3rd-8th grade Math, 5th & 8th grade Writing, 5th & 8th Grade Social Studies, 5th & 8th Grade Science.

Item Specifications provide sample test items with correlated PASS objectives.
Proficiency Descriptions provide information on the level of a student's performance on the test: Advanced, Satisfactory, Limited Knowledge, and Unsatisfactory.
