My School Bucks
Bixby Public School's Child Nutrition Department will transition from MealPay Plus to mySchoolBucks for online Child Nutrition payments. All balances in MealPay Plus will be transferred to your child's new mySchoolBucks account.
There is a $1.95 transaction fee each time a pre-payment is made. We recommend that if you have more than one child, put pre-payments on ALL of your children’s accounts at the same time. This will prevent unnecessary transaction fees.
Free and Reduced Application
An application for our Free & Reduced Lunch Program is attached below. The completed application should be turned in to the Lunch Clerk at your child's school (during the current school year only). You may also complete the application online.
2018 Summer Meal Program
Bixby Public Schools again offering summer meal program, nourishing kids during the summer months.
After a very successful 2017 program, Bixby Public Schools will again sponsor the Summer Meal Program for 2018, which is created to provide free, nutritious meals during the summer months, to children age 18 and younger living in the Bixby school district. The Bixby New 9th Grade Cafeteria and the Central Elementary will be serving breakfast and lunch from May 29 through July 20.
Our Child Nutrition Department is excited to serve our district’s families again this summer. We look forward to providing, not only for those children who may not always have a full meal on a regular basis during the summer months, but ALL children of the district and their siblings. The summer meal program also provides a place for our students attending summer school, as well as those participating in extra-curricular activities, a nutritious, convenient meal.
The Summer Food Service Program, hosted by the USDA, ensures up to two free meals per day, breakfast and/or lunch, Monday through Friday. It is open to ANY child living in the Bixby school district, regardless of school meal eligibility status. Children must eat their meals at the serving location, no carry-outs are allowed.
Transportation to and from the feeding program is not provided, but students across the district are welcome to come to the feeding sites and eat at no cost. “Our staff looks forward to serving the children of our district throughout the summer. We hope to have a great turnout each day,” said Hood.
