Good evening CI Family! Just a few important reminders for you as we head into Spring Break. First, remember that tomorrow, Friday, March 15th, IS an early out Friday. Students will be released at 2:45. Spring Break begins after school tomorrow and classes resume on Tuesday, March 26th.
We are in need of test monitors!! It is a wonderfully easy way to donate a couple of hours to your child's school. Anyone can do it, and the time slots are very flexible. Grandparents, aunts, uncles, friends, retirees, church members, anyone who has a couple hours a day could really help our school by volunteering. For available times, just ask them to call Emily in our front office. It will truly mean so much!
We are having some issues unfortunately with a lot of parents parking on the streets in the Territory neighborhood across from the school. This is causing many problems for the folks who live in that housing addition. At this point in the year, our car rider line is moving almost as quickly as it takes the kids to walk out of the building and across the street to the Territory, so please help us be a good neighbor by simply following the procedures for the car line. Come up 161st from Mingo and enter into the gravel driveway. I promise we are finishing in about fifteen minutes or so when loading cars.
