Our annual CI tradition, Jingle Bell Jam, is happening next Wednesday, December 19th. This is such a fun tradition for our students each year and we hope you will join us! The sixth graders participate from 9 – 10:00 am, the fifth graders from 10:30 to 11:30 am and the fourth graders participate from 1:30 to 2:30 pm. During this time, each grade has a dodge ball tournament in the gym. We would love for dads to join the kids in play and referee as well!!
In order for this event to be a success, we need your help! First, we need donations of various cookies and canned soda. We have 670 students, so we need quite a bit. Our PTO has some goodies, but not enough. Further, we need volunteers for each grade level. We need help with concessions, monitoring, and referees. Adults who volunteer are welcome to join in the fun! It is a great day for our CI family!!
If you can provide donations, please send them to school no later than Tuesday, December 18th so we can evaluate what we may still need. Also, from the bottom of my heart, I want to thank all those parents who responded so quickly to our need for donations in the cafeteria for students’ lunch accounts. The response was truly amazing and such a blessing. I am truly grateful.
We have the greatest family and I appreciate you all so much. Thank you for always showing support and love for our students and our teachers. Have a great evening, and remember it is always a great day to be a Spartan!
