From the Counseling Office Any sophomore or junior that still needs to see a counselor about concurrent enrollment should email or see Mrs. Webb (in the counseling office ) atjwebb@bixbyps.org to sign up for a time to be called to the media center on Wednesday April 10th during 1-6th period.

Prom Tickets
Prom is April 13 from 8:00 to 11:00pm at NSU Broken Arrow. Tickets will be sold April 8th - 12th in the Activities Office. Tickets are $30 each. No freshmen allowed to attend prom . You must be passing all classes by Friday 4/5 to be eligible to attend. See Mrs. Altom or Mr. Patterson with questions.

Dude, Make a Wish Events
April 18 - Flying T Spirit Night - Thursday, April 18 - 15% of all sales go to Make A Wish (no school the next day)
April 26 - Sign up to participate in Mr. Bixby pageant. Mr. Bixby is Friday, April 26th at 6:30 p.m.
All forms are available in W-26 Mr. Patterson's classroom

Advanced Placement Preadmin Session Meeting
Students that will be taking an AP Test must attend a Preadmin Session. The schedule is:

Tuesday, April 23rd - 2nd Hour - Last Names A-G
Tuesday, April 23rd - 6th Hour - Last Names H-P
Media Center 
Wednesday, April 24th - 3rd Hour - Last Names Q-Z
Wednesday, April 24th - 5th Hour - Students that missed the previous sessions

PreMed Meeting
There will be a Premed club meeting on Wednesday, April 24th at 3:45 in Mr. Nguyen's, room SA 107.

Mr. Bixby Contest
Student Activities is sponsoring the Mr. Bixby contest. All the profits will benefit DUDE, Make A Wish. The event will be on Thursday, April 26 at 6:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Art Club
Art Club will meet every 2nd & 4th Tuesday of the month in the Art Room, E-22.

National Pajama Day!
Wear Your PJs to Work/School Day is coming! Please help celebrate by wearing your (school appropriate) pajamas to work/school on April 16!

Students - please pick up your new student ID's in the front Attendance Office.

Tutoring
Math tutoring available during 1st lunch and available during all lunches w/prior arrangements in W-24 Monday - Friday - see Mrs. Roberson with questions
Math tutoring is available on Tuesday/Thursday 1st and 7th period in room S-214.
Science tutoring w/Mr. Hunter 3:45 - 4:30pm Monday thru Thursday room S-109

Indian Education
Native American Students and Parents, Lea McCormick will be at Brassfield Learning Center on Tuesday, April 16th at 6PM. She will give a demonstration on Basket Weaving. Come join us and take home a basket of your own! See you there!

Indian Education Tutoring/Title VI Program
-Tutoring is available for students with a 506 Form on file (Forms may be downloaded from the Student Services section of www.bixbyps.org),

PARKING PERMITS
Parking permit enforcement has begun. Students may only park in approved lots in front of the campus. Permits cost $20.00 and you must have a drug test prior to purchase. Parking permits can be purchased in the Assistant Principal's Office. See your Assistant Principal or Mrs. Dees with any questions.
